Cyberpunk 2077 Misunderstands the Appeal of a Queer World

So the game has been out for a while now, but my searches for making the game more gay feels to be in vain. I was hoping we might even have a mod to replace Panam with a man by now, gay not that I've found thus far.

Are there any known mods for gay strip clubs, better penises, removing the perma undies, or adding gay romances. I know there's a River romance fix, but hoping for some gender swapped characters, judy and panam namely, or new added characters that can be romanced. The one gay option in the vanilla game I find very unappealing.

My character definitely doesn't have them. I about died laughing at some point when I realized that my character was meeting with politicians in just a tank top and her bits out because the game removes your clothes when you romance River and I didn't notice.
